Best Easter Walks in Cambridge
Easter has crept up on us again and the cherry blossom will be adorning Instagram screens very, very soon.
Now the temperatures are creeping into a constant above 10 degrees it is time to try out one of our favourite Easter Walks in Cambridge.
The River Walk to Coe Fen
The River Cam is such an amazing asset for the city of Cambridge. We would kick off with a drink at the top of the Varsity Hotel, weather permitting, before heading along the river through Jesus Green, Midsummer and Stourbridge Common before a final few steps through Ditton Meadows before hitting The Plough pub for a well deserved drink in Fen Ditton.
Or To Grantchester
Or head South along the river past the Botanic Gardens, through Coe Fen and down towards Grantchester.
While you are there you must pop into Trumpington Meadows. There is a bunch of history to explore with Lord Byron fame and being the home to poet Rupert Brooke. Find out more about the Meadows here.
City Centre Tramble
Never forget the beautiful sights to explore within the city. Our Tramble from the Round Church, around the city centre, and then back to the Varsity Hotel is a great way to see Cambridge in a slightly different light.
You can download the Tramble App and our walking challenge here:
Milton Country Park
An idyllic 95 acre country park where you can walk, paddleboard, swim or canoe right on the city’s doorstep is too good an opportunity to miss this easter weekend.

Whatever you end up doing, enjoy your Easter Weekend.
